Gio Event Planner provides a huge array of services for our clients. From partial planning and final touches to assistance from start to finish. I can provide everything you need to plan your wedding and be as involved as you desire to make the big day as special and stress free as possible.

Coordination

INVESTMENT STARTS AT

$1,400*

Ensure your wedding day unfolds seamlessly and you enjoy your special day stress-free.

 

This service is if you want to plan all the details yourself, appreciate a wedding pro on your team, need someone to lighten the logistical load, and want someone to keep the day-of flowing smoothly.

           

Services Included 

INITIAL CONSULTATION

This happens at the time of booking and is the meeting to get to know the couple, their vision, any already planned details, and discuss Gio Event Planner responsibilities.

 

INFORMATION COLLECTION​

You will receive a questionnaire that will help Gio Event Planner serve you well. You will be resposible to send all vendors contact information.

VENUE WALKTHROUGH MEETING

One month prior to your wedding or event. This is the perfect opportunity to share all relevant information, ideas, logistic, timeline, etc.

VENDOR COMMUNICATIONS

 4 weeks  prior to the wedding or event; Gio Event Planner will reach out to all your vendors to confirm contract details to assure everything and everyone are on the same page for your Best-Day-Ever!

REHEARSAL MANAGEMENT

On this day, we will confirm spacing for ceremony, timing of processional, walkthrough of all entrances and exits to give a full understanding on the flow of the ceremony.

DAY OF COORDINATION

Your Day of Coordination includes 1 coordinator and 1 assistant (1 location, up to 130 guests) on site for up to 8 hours. Gio Event Planner will make sure important details aren't forgotten, such as helping pin the boutonnieres or bustling the bride's dress, directing and answering guest questions, overseeing vendors, assistance with set up / breakdown, use of the emergency kit, making sure the timeline is followed throughout the day, collect gifts and cards, personal items, and give those items to the designated person, responding to any last minute changes like weather, vendor fails, etc. We want this new chapter of your life to start as memorable as possible, keeping your day running smoothly.

* ADDITIONAL HOURS, VENUE SOURCING, AND DECORATING ARE AVAILABLE AS ADD-ON OPTIONS.

PLANNING ASSISTANCE​

You will have up to 4 contracted meetings (including your initial consultation and Venue Walkthrough) to discuss Vendors needs, Budget Consultation, Logistics, Timeline, Decor / Design

advice and Layout and Seating Arrangements.

VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS

We will share a list of pros based on your budget so you can save time.

VENUE WALKTHROUGH MEETING

Two months prior to your wedding or event. This is the perfect opportunity to share all relevant information, ideas, logistics, timeline, etc.

This service is tailored for you, if you're just starting the planning process, you want a professional planner on call to advise on every step of the process, someone else to make decisions, and want free time to just enjoy being engaged!

           

Services Included 

INITIAL CONSULTATION

This happens at the time of booking and is the meeting to get to know the couple, their vision, style, design, etc and discuss Gio Event Planner responsibility.

 

PLANNING ASSISTANCE​

You will have unlimited phone / video calls and 6 contracted meetings (including your initial consultation and Venue Walkthrough), working through Vendors Options, Budget Consultation, Logistics, Timeline, Decor / Design and Decor advice and Layout and Seating Arrangements.

VENDOR COMMUNICATION

We will reach out to our list of pros and present you with 2-3 options per vendor (as requested). You can choose to be in charge and CC all communications or you can pass off communication to us and we will keep you updated. 4 weeks prior to the wedding or event; Gio Event Planner will reach out to all your vendors to confirm contract details, to assure everything and everyone are on the same page for your Best-Day-Ever!

VENUE WALKTHROUGH MEETING

Two months prior to your wedding or event. This is the perfect opportunity to share all relevant information, ideas, logistics, timeline, etc.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

 Allocation and management of deposit and payment schedule.

REHEARSAL MANAGEMENT

On this day, we will confirm spacing for ceremony, timing of processional, walkthrough of all entrances and exits to give a full understanding on the flow of the ceremony.

DECORATING

If you decide to do any DIY or self-source decor, we can add assisting with setup and breakdown on your quote.

DAY OF COORDINATION

Your Day of Coordination includes 1 coordinator and 1 assistant (1 location, up to 200 guests) on site for up to 12 hours. Gio Event Planner will make sure important details aren't forgotten, such as helping pin the boutonnieres or bustling the bride's dress, directing and answering guest questions, overseeing vendors, assistance on set up / breakdown, use of the emergency kit, making sure the timeline is followed throughout the day, collect gifts and cards, personal items,  and give those items to the designated person, responding to any last minute changes like weather, vendor fails, etc. We want this new chapter of your life to start as memorable as possible, keeping your day running smoothly.

We can provide a range of event decor from Ceremony Arch, candles and holders, linens, tableware, custom table numbers, cake stands, custom signages, furniture, backdrops and much more. This will include a designated decorating planning meeting to discuss all the details of what and where you want the decor. This also includes the set up and breakdown.
